Victoria Vipassana Community

The Victoria Vipassana Community is very pleased to offer its members the possibility of scholarships. These scholarships will pay up to 30% of accommodation and meal costs for residential retreats longer than a weekend. Typically, we will try to provide funds for one week or 10 day retreats (up to 30%). For longer retreats, we might not be able to provide as much as 30%. Those seeking a scholarship need only contact one of the three members of the Scholarship Committee listed below. Your request will be taken under consideration by the Committee.
Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. (Please note: funds are replenished every quarter, following the VVC weekend retreats.) If there is a special need for more than 30% funding, the possibility of a higher level of scholarship will also be considered by the Scholarship Committee. The Scholarship Fund is made possible by the generous dana (donations) that members have contributed at our weekend retreats and our Sunday evening sits. So thank you all!
