Victoria Vipassana Community

These community sits in Shelly and John Hilditch’s home, are held on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of each month. They  start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and  end around 9 p.m.  We begin with a 45 minute sit, followed by a short refreshment break then a recorded talk.
